The Meeting Office Space is perfect for large monthly or annual meetings of teams up to 16 persons.  It includes use of the Enterprise room and 3603 Lobby, Luncheonette, restrooms (3) and an additional kitchenette

The Enterprise Room

    • 4 separate desks, one conference table with 6 chairs
    • overhead projector + full wall screen, dry erase boards
    • conference Polycom phone
    • networked printer
    • Optional green screen  + lights for filming videos.

3603 Lobby

    • This is a large meeting space suitable for teams up to 16 persons
    • Four round tables. 4 chairs each
    • Overhead projector
    • Ceiling sound system
    • Dim-able LED lighting
    • Luncheonette
      • Two in cabinet refrigerators
      • Microwave
      • Electric kettle and Keurig Coffee Machine
      • Coffee and Teas
      • Snacks

The meeting rooms are suitable for meetings of up to 16 persons.  Groups may utilize the first floor rest rooms, kitchenette, lobby, luncheonette, Enterprise Room and parking lot (up to 12 cars).  Meetings can utilize the Lobby (capacity 16) and Enterprise rooms (capacity 6-8).
